Many of us by now have seen the hit reality TV show, "My 600lb Life." The show utilizes a medical procedure called gastric band surgery to help save the lives of morbidly obese people. The procedure reduces the physical size of the stomach by placing a silicon band around the top of the stomach, thereby reducing its size. Like any surgical procedure, there are a great number of risks, lengthy recovery time and they normally employ the use of opioid-based medications to help with the pain. 

 

Virtual Gastric Band Hypnotherapy has been proven to be just as effective by suggesting to your subconscious that the actual medical procedure has been carried out, reducing the size of your stomach.
